Thomas Fleury

Director

Thomas has 15 years of cross-boarder experience in real estate transaction services and executive search.

Prior to founding Aviary, he was Head of Pan-European for a global real estate recruitment company covering the real estate investment, asset management, finance industries. He ran a large number of searches in the United Kingdom, Nordics, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Portugal, and Italy.

Before that, he worked for 5 years within a Big Four in real transaction services.

Thomas received an MSc in Real Estate and Wealth Management from Kedge Business School and a Bachelor in Law from Lyon II University.

Thomas is naturally curious, creative with strong attention to detail. He developed a very strong entrepreneurial mindset and attitude. He always does the extra mile to provide the best level of service.
He developed a strong awareness of sustainability, the environment, and new technologies.
