Across the Netherlands, the company is focused on mixed-use urban development opportunities and acquisition opportunities from core to value-add in the retail, office, industrial/logistics, mixed-use spaces and residential. The company has strategically selected partners in the Netherlands for capital co-investment execution, sourcing assets on behalf of discretionary capital sources.
The Position
As an asset manager, the individual will be a key member of a growing company of 15 persons and be a key contributor to the growth and future stability of the company in the Netherlands.

Candidate Responsibilities:
- Developing asset strategies to include leasing, property improvements and sell/hold analysis based upon financial analysis, market analysis and valuation reporting;
- Overseeing leasing and marketing plan for assigned properties to include lease up projections, estimated tenant improvement costs, marketing methods and associated budget, and prospect plans;
- Liaising with top brokerage teams, developing relationships with new and existing tenants;
- Overseeing third-party management;
- Building and presenting financial models to support the transactional team;
- Reporting and presenting monthly/quarterly performance of existing assets;
- Strong market awareness; maintaining of database of all current lettings and competing schemes.
Travel within the Netherlands is expected frequently.
The Individual:
- Dutch local and fluent in English (written and spoken);
- Strong academic background (Real Estate, Finance or Engineering);
- Around 5 years’ experience in real estate asset management;
- High-level proficiency Microsoft Office;
- Highly motivated to be part of a growing business within a global company;
- Self-motivated, hard workers and a self-starter who has an entrepreneurial mindset and a “can do” attitude;
- Someone that thrives in very demanding situations entailing high degree of personal responsibility;
- A quick learner, with a hands-on approach and capable to work under pressure on various projects at the same time;
- Naturally curious, innovative and constantly looking for ways to improve upon things;
- Strong interpersonal skills and like working in an international environment;
- Flexible, adaptable to changing priorities and above all motivated to ensure that processes are in place to ensure that deadlines and other standards are met.
