Thomas has 15 years of cross-boarder experience in real estate transaction services and executive search.
Prior to founding Aviary, he was Head of Pan-European for a global real estate recruitment company covering the real estate investment, asset management, finance industries. He ran a large number of searches in the United Kingdom, Nordics, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Portugal, and Italy.
Before that, he worked for 5 years within a Big Four in real transaction services.
Thomas received an MSc in Real Estate and Wealth Management from Kedge Business School and a Bachelor in Law from Lyon II University.

Alexander is a seasoned recruitment professional based in London with deep expertise in the investment real estate sector, spanning both residential and commercial asset classes. He has successfully partnered with a broad range of clients, including institutional investors, developers, private equity firms, global mega-funds, and major hospitality brands. He covers key markets across the UK, Europe, the UAE, and Asia.
He previously founded and operated his own real estate recruitment consultancy and has led the investment & private equity desk, as well as building a hospitality desk at Major real estate recruitment firms in London.
He holds a Master’s degree in International Law from Charles University Prague and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Lancaster University.
Sophie is a real estate enthusiast specializing in the French market. She has more than ten years of experience working with leading property developers and banking groups, such as Nexity and Société Générale Real Estate, helping drive commercial growth while consistently exceeding the expectations of a demanding clientele. Today, she leverages her expertise and sharp analytical skills to identify, attract, and integrate ideal talent, ensuring the long-term performance and resilience of her clients’ teams.

Sophie holds an MSc in Law from UVSQ, Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.
Edouard is based in Berlin and has over 11 years of experience in Real Estate, PropTech, and HotelTech, specialising in team scaling, innovation, and growth.
An entrepreneur at heart, Edouard founded Student Haus, an estate agency specialising in student accommodation, shortly after university and successfully sold the business five years later. He also co-founded Wandery, a tech-driven micro-hostel concept.
He worked at Numa, a pan-European hotel investment and management company, where he restructured the Pre-Opening and HR departments. During his time there, he helped the company grow from 100 to over 350 employees and led more than 30 hotel openings across Europe.
Edouard graduated from Swansea University with a BA in Business Management. He is trilingual, fluent in English, French, and Portuguese.
