Our client is a leading real estate investment and asset management firm, counted among the largest globally. They invest across various jurisdictions, offering investors a diverse range of real asset investment and development solutions through both private and public investment vehicles. Their focus areas include logistics, data centers, life sciences, infrastructure, and renewables.
They are currently looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Real Estate Private Equity Senior Analyst/Associate to join their Continental Europe investment team. This role involves a mix of origination, execution, and asset management activities. Fluency in either German and/or French is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Origination:
- Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities in the real estate sector across Europe.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support the investment decision-making process.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, and other industry professionals.
2- Execution:
- Assist in the underwriting, structuring, and closing of real estate transactions.
- Prepare detailed financial models and investment memorandums.
- Conduct due diligence, including site visits, financial analysis, and risk assessment.
3- Asset Management:
- Monitor and manage the performance of existing real estate investments.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize asset performance and value.
- Track and analyse financial performance, ensuring assets meet financial targets.
- Prepare regular reports on asset performance and market conditions.
Travel:
- Frequent travel to various European countries to identify opportunities, conduct due diligence, and manage assets.
- Participate in site visits, meetings with local partners, and other on-the-ground activities as required.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in finance, Real Estate or business-related matters.
- 1.5-3.0 years of experience in real estate investment.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets and investment strategies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
- Native German or French is a must; proficiency in European languages is highly desirable.
