The company is a pan-European real estate private firm investing in the Logistics and industrial sectors.
The firm is looking to recruit an investment analyst/associate to support the Investment team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Analysing and assisting with underwriting and structuring of transactions;
- Performing financial models;
- Performing the due diligence;
- Work closely with the leadership of the business – in executing the strategy and pipeline for the European market;
- Assisting in the post-transaction management of investments including asset management strategies, assisting with investment/divestment decisions, financing and working closely with external consultants / JV partners as well as operating partners and property managers.
Background and Experience:
- Strong financial modelling, analysis, and research skills;
- Real Estate Professional with circa 1 – 5 years’ experience;
- Strong academic credentials from a leading, internationally regarded university;
- Fluent verbal and written English. An additional language would be a plus.
- Highly IT literate.
