Salary: £70k – £80k+ 100% Bonus + Carry

Role Summary
As an Investment Associate, you’ll be responsible for taking deals from screening to close. Working closely with the VP and FD, you will lead investment analyses, due diligence, and structuring of high-value real estate acquisitions, primarily across pan-European hotels and UK PBSA.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Execution
- Manage full financial modelling and valuation analysis for new opportunities.
- Lead underwriting processes, scenario planning, and sensitivity testing.
- Transaction Management
- Coordinate due diligence efforts across legal, financial, technical, and commercial areas.
- Support SPA/loan negotiations, working closely with legal counsel.
- Investment Committee & Stakeholder Communication
- Draft and present investment memoranda for IC approval.
- Liaise with partners, JV counterparts, and third-party advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Strategic Initiatives
- Assist in thematic investment research and help refine the company’s investment thesis.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in private equity, investment banking, or real estate investment roles.
- Proven ability to lead complex financial models from scratch.
- Experience managing transactions across Europe or the UK.
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in a European language (German, Spanish, French) is a plus.
