They have a team of 50 professionals, combining engineering expertise with real estate experience, to offer a complete service to investors. Their services include strategic advice, asset/portfolio analysis, project management and execution, as well as structuring and financing for both green renovation and solar energy projects. They have raised over €20 million from a leading investor to finance energy efficiency projects in Europe and can mobilise additional equity for ad-hoc projects. The client works with most investors active in Europe and has recently expanded their operations to London.

The company currently work with most institutional investors and have projects in France, the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and the UK.
Job Description:
The company is seeking a Country Head UK to lead and develop its UK office. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, significant real estate sector experience, and a desire to work in a high-growth, high-impact company.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Develop commercial relationships with real estate investment & asset management in the UK and coordinate business development efforts with pan European investors based in London
- Offer Structuring: Adapt and structure our service offerings to meet the specific needs and context of the UK market.
- Account management & client support: manage relationship with existing clients and provide custom-made support on all aspects of the energy transition of their assets, including value creation potential, project financing and structuring.
- Project Coordination: Ensure effective coordination of projects between the UK office and the headquarters in Paris.
- Team building: establish the UK office, recruit and lead a talented and dedicated local team
- The individual will report directly to the top management based in France
Desired Profile:
- Real Estate Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate sector, with a deep understanding of the UK market.
- The ideal candidate should have significant experience in acquisition and/or asset management with a strong understanding of investor goals and requirements.
- A previous client-side experience would be a plus.
- Entrepreneurial Skills: Ability to develop new business, structure innovative offerings, and navigate a constantly evolving environment.
- Project Management Skills: Experience in managing complex projects, preferably in an international context.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Language: Native English speaker; proficiency in French or any other European language is a plus (but not required).
