The company is a new private equity firm investing in real estate and Proptech across Europe. The company will be headquartered in London
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the leadership of the firm, act as the primary spokesperson for the company;
- Sourcing investment opportunities in real estate and Proptech;
- Developing investment strategies, creating strategic business plans, implementing company policies;
- Analyzing and presenting opportunities to the investors;
- Managing the due diligence processes in close collaboration with third parties (brokers, law firms, accounting and finance firms, technical managers);
- Overseeing the company’s business operations, financial performance, investments, and ventures
- Managing relationships with investors, as well as third party relationships;
- Presenting investment opportunities to the investor;
- Producing investment recommendations on a regular basis;
- Implementing analysis methods, tools and reporting standards, ensuring an effective structure for internal and external relations;
- Negotiating and interpreting documents ranging from standard SPAs to complex legal documentation, ensuring that legal and regulatory obligations are met;
- Creating an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale;
- Identifying and addressing problems and opportunities for the company;
- Building a top tier team.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong academic credentials from a leading, internationally regarded university, engineering or business school;
- A minimum of 15 years of real estate experience and M&A transactions within a reputed firm;
- Prior experience in private equity and/or investment banking;
- A proven track record in real estate acquisition across Europe;
- An ability to identify and to understand the future market trends;
- An advanced level of proficiency in excel in being able to create financial models with accuracy and with flexibility for different investment structures and real estate development strategies;
- Have a great knowledge of the market by both collecting data on the market and being able to skillfully interpret and analyze these figures;
- Strong knowledge in structuration;
- Organization skills, curiosity, rigor, taste for analysis and precision, team spirit and adaptability;
- Excellent attention to details and strong written/ verbal communication;
- Skills in computing tools (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) required;
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, an additional European language is preferred.
