Finance Director

Salary : £80k – £90k + 100% Bonus + Carry

Role Summary
As Finance Director, you will be the financial architect behind the company’s growth. You’ll oversee all strategic and operational finance functions, including fund accounting, capital structuring, financial reporting, compliance, and risk management. This is a pivotal leadership position, responsible not only for internal financial health but also investor-facing trust and credibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the company’s finance roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Partner with the CEO and investment team on capital raises, fund structures, and M&A activity.
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, liquidity management, and scenario modeling.
- Produce high-quality reporting packages and dashboards for stakeholders and board members.
- Fund & Corporate Accounting
- Manage internal accounting, NAV calculations, and third-party fund admin relationships.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the company operating companies, SPVs, and holding structures.
- Compliance & Risk
- Ensure financial controls, tax efficiency, regulatory compliance, and investor transparency.
- Oversee annual audits and legal structuring of new funds and acquisitions.
- Team Leadership
- Build and mentor a finance and operations team as the company scales globally.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years in financial leadership roles, ideally in private equity, real estate investment, or fintech.
- Strong command of fund structuring, IFRS/GAAP, and SPV management.
- Track record of strategic partnership with C-level teams and investors.
- CPA, CFA, or similar qualifications preferred.
