The Company

The company is redefining how people invest by opening up access to high-quality real estate and asset-backed ventures traditionally reserved for institutions. Specializing in operational real estate—such as hotels, purpose-built student housing, and logistics facilities—the company leverages cutting-edge technology, advanced data analytics, and deep private equity know-how to deliver innovative investment opportunities across the UK and Europe.

Role Summary

As an Asset Management Analyst, you’ll play a key role in maximizing the performance of our growing portfolio of operational real estate assets. This position bridges analytics, strategy, and operations—you’ll be tracking asset-level KPIs, supporting value-add initiatives, and helping ensure each investment meets or exceeds underwritten returns. You’ll work closely with our investment, finance, and property management teams across jurisdictions.

This is an ideal role for someone analytical, proactive, and excited by the challenge of driving performance across a diverse pan-European and UK real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track and analyze operational and financial performance across hotel and PBSA assets (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, NOI, etc.).
  • Maintain dynamic asset models, regularly updating for actuals and reforecasting performance.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for internal stakeholders and investors.

 Strategic Asset Planning

  • Assist in developing and executing asset-level business plans.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies or underperformance and support corrective action plans.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to support strategic repositioning and capex programs.

 Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with third-party operators, property managers, and development partners.
  • Monitor lease performance (for triple net, management contract, and hybrid structures).
  • Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate cash flow forecasting and budgeting at the asset level.

CapEx & Project Oversight

  • Support budgeting and implementation of renovation, redevelopment, and ESG-related capex projects.
  • Track project timelines, costs, and ROI against original business plans.

Data & Systems

  • Help build dashboards and automation tools that improve visibility and decision-making at the asset level.
  • Ensure data integrity across performance management systems and reports.
