The Position:
The company is a pan-European real estate company focused on real estate debt and equity investments that has significant capital available to deploy. The firm is looking to recruit an analyst/associate to support the investment team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supporting the team in the origination of debt investment opportunities;
- Analysing and assisting with underwriting and structuring of transactions;
- Work closely with the top management of the business – in executing the strategy and pipeline for the European market;
- Helping prepare comprehensive credit committee presentations;
- Contribute to portfolio management activity such as monitoring and reporting on exposures;
- Performing market research.
Background and Experience:
- First experience in debt real estate;
- Real Estate Professional with circa 2 – 4 years’ experience;
- Strong financial modelling, analysis and research skills;
- Experience across negotiation, execution, realisation and asset management;
- Ideally experience on European real estate projects;
- Strong academic credentials from a leading, internationally regarded university;
- Fluent verbal and written English with additional European languages
- Highly IT literate.
