Responsibilities:
- Independent data processing/analysis with regards to data quality
- Control and support of the property manager with delivery of data flat files
- Control and assurance of high-quality property data
- Support and quality control of electronic document storage
- Processing of electronic accounting workflows
- Process Management and optimization
- Support and quality check of Service Charge Budget coordination & recurring payments
- Creating training materials and executing trainings in English
- Arrears Management
- Rent Security tracking
- Point of contact and intermediary between Asset Management, Accounting, IT and branches
- Data provision for internal reporting and evaluation questions
- Support and quality control for cost tracking
Ideal candidate:
- Successfully completed training in the real estate sector
- Several years’ experience in data and quality management
- Good knowledge of real estate economics, business economics and property law
- Good SAP knowledge (ideally RE-FX)
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Experience with Document Management Systems
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written), additional languages would be an advantage
- Candidate should have an active, methodical and entrepreneurial personality
- Work independently and process-oriented, high level of personal responsibility and team-oriented
