Company
The company is a logistics real estate firm executing private equity strategies across Europe. The firm capitalizes its investment activities through a series of closed-end and open-end commingled funds and strategic joint ventures.
Position Duties
- Create and maintain complex financial models
- Support the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of investment opportunities
- Use SalesForce (customer relationship management software) to foster communication, pipeline management and the expansion of the European property database.
- Assist in the business development process in order to develop new broker, user and tenant relationships to actively contribute to pipeline development.
- Participate in calls and meetings with internal and external stakeholders to develop key skills related to sourcing and closing deals, and portfolio management
- Coordinate and execute due diligence activities
- Coordinate deal closings
- Create internal and external meeting materials, including investment committee memos, tenant and investor presentations
- Prepare fund related reporting documents and approval papers
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and maintaining company website
- Support leasing files and asset management initiatives
- Research new investment strategies and supporting the raising of private equity funds
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
- Travel as needed to support the Investments and Fund Management teams
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Argus Software.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using SharePoint, Intralinks or other document control software.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using project management & customer relationship management software (SalesForce or other equivalent)
- Ability to work proactively on multiple projects at the same time, with great attention to detail, in a small team and in a remote office from company headquarters.
- Positive attitude and very strong work ethic
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and any other European languages (Dutch, French, German, Italian, Spanish,) are a plus.

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, economics, engineering or related major.
- 1-4 years of experience in real estate with demonstrated knowledge of underwriting analysis and transaction experience preferred.
Work Environment
The position will work in a general office setting and may require travel, up to 20% of time annually based on organizational/business needs.
