Within the company, you act as Real-Estate Investment Manager for the north of Europe (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Nordics).
Responsibilities
- Identification and origination of new opportunities for our funds
- Maintain and develop a maximum of contacts in the northern Europe countries with all the people that could bring new opportunities: Agents, Developers, investors, corporates, banks…
- Making the first analysis on all the new files
- Negotiating with the agents to obtain the right pricing
- Presenting the opportunities to the Investment Committee
- Visiting the assets through Northern Europe
- Role of representation of the company through the missions described
In general, you will contribute to the operation and development of the Investment department.
The Candidate:
- You justify a successful professional and relevant experience of 3 to 10 years,
- You have the ability to combine network in the real estate industry, commercial mindset, experience in acquisitions, financial and real-estate knowledge and management of third parties,
- Autonomous and with a strong team spirit, you work with a permanent worry of analysis, rigour and quality in your interventions and renderings,
- You want to get involved in a dynamic and innovative structure, with an entrepreneurial and multidisciplinary culture within an ambitious human scale team with an international dimension,
