The company is an international real estate investor and manager that owns, manages and invests in commercial property. The company deploys strategies with profiles ranging from core+ to value-added.
Responsibilities:
The individual will be in charge of managing a portfolio composed of offices and logistics assets.
The role will broadly involve:
- Implementing and executing the asset management activities in France;
- Managing the budgets and reports which cover the financial performance of the asset, leasing status, rental collection and property valuation;
- Writing and reviewing leases;
- Budgeting the CAPEX;
- Evaluating building and property conditions;
- Liaising with brokers;
- Liaising with the technical department;
- Reporting and presenting monthly/quarterly of existing assets;
- Overseeing third-party management.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Fluent in French and English;
- Strong problem resolution and analytical abilities including lease negotiation, property management, financial, tenant relationship, and analysing problems, identifying multiple resolution scenarios and presentation of recommendations;
- Good modelling skills;
- Excellent communication skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, good decision-making skills and an ability to perform under deadline pressure;
- Self-motivated, positive, confident and committed professional;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Strong attention to detail.
Education/Experience:
- Strong academic background (Real Estate, Finance or Engineering);
- 4 to 7 years’+ of experience in real estate asset management of offices and logistics assets;
- High-level proficiency Microsoft Office;
- Experience with asset management and property management software.
