Description

The Company

The company is a leading, independent Pan European private equity real estate fund manager investing in hotel, office, residential, retail, and other real estate properties. Conceived alongside a group of leading institutional investors, the firm strives to deliver compelling net investment performance for its investors throughout market cycles.

The company approach begins with their relationship with the investors, delivering a consistent asset-driven, value-add, risk-sensitive and exit-focused investment strategy. The firm’s decision to target a modestly sized fund reflects the belief that speedier deployment of smaller capital pools is a sensible way to reduce erosion of transaction-level returns and, as a result, to maximise net returns to investors.
