The Role
The Banking and Finance Analyst will support the Head of Banking in the sourcing of new debt and the management of the existing loan portfolio. The position offers a great opportunity to get exposure to the world of international banking and finance and makes for a great learning opportunity on real estate financing. You will be exposed to international corporate banks and debt funds, the company top management and shareholders and will be working closely together with the finance, real estate, and legal team.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare presentations, financial, and marketing information to be used in roadshows, bankers’ meetings, and Q&A sessions with banks
- Transaction management related to the closing of new debt facilities
- Manage internal stakeholders to source/extract information relevant to the financing process
- Relationship management with existing and future company’s lenders, including occasional foreign trips meeting with these lenders and visiting our assets
- Coordinate and assist in preparation of financial reporting to the company’s Lenders, preparing for meetings, following up on deliverables
- Coordinate advisors in the financing process
- Ad hoc support on strategic / financing related projects within the company
Who You Are
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in economics, business administration, finance or related
- Up to two year of experience on the advisory side or within the investor relations department of a listed company
- Excellent presentation, analytical, and communication skills
- You are an outstanding communicator both verbally as well as on paper and you are able to summarize complex topics in a simple way
- Multi tasker, problem solving mindset with a can-do attitude and ability to work with deadlines and little supervision
- Attention to detail, well organized and structured
- Fluency in English, other European languages are a plus
- Highly skilled at PPT and Excel
